Your data is stored securely using Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage. We use encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your chat history is retained until you delete your account. File uploads are stored until the associated chat is deleted.
Cecilia is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us.
We use localStorage to save your preferences (like font size, voice selection, and theme). No tracking cookies are used.
Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States and Europe. By using Cecilia, you consent to this transfer.
